Details & Specs

- Helium balloon bouquets are filled with helium gas, which makes them a freestanding balloon piece, ideal for venues who don't allow hanging balloons and for celebrations at restaurants.
- All our latex balloons are filled with 100% pure helium to ensure we provide you with the highest quality - and the best longevity - for your balloon order. You can expect your 11" latex size to float for 2-3 days; your 17" latex to float for 5-7 days; and your foil balloons to float for 1-2 weeks.
- We recommend helium balloon bouquets be stored indoors for the best results. When placed outside, we cannot guarantee that your balloon bouquet will last longer than 24 hours due to exposure to direct sunlight and changes in temperature.
- We cannot add a tassel trail to balloon bouquets that don't have enough helium "float" to handle the weight of a tassel trail.

How do I schedule my pickup date?

When you're checking out, you can schedule your pickup date. It's best to get your balloons as close to your event as you can.

When can I pickup my balloons?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before closing on the date of your pickup.

How long will my balloons last?

Balloons last anywhere from 1 day to several months, depending on where we are installing your balloons. Balloon garland are created using air, so they will last longer than a helium balloon arrangement.

Balloons are sensitive to weather conditions, like extreme heat or cold. Meaning the weather can impact the lifespan of your balloons. Balloon garlands installed outside will have a shorter lifespan than a installation indoors.

What type of balloons do you use?

We use the highest quality latex and rubber balloons available! Our latex balloons are all 100% biodegradable latex. We also use mylar foil balloons.
