Fully assembled for you and will be ready to pick up on your scheduled date
1. Reserve a space by purchasing this item here on our website.
2. We DO need your Elf to be dropped off. Please drop off 3 days before your scheduled pick-up date so that we can have enough time to prep for your order to be picked up.
3. You must fill out a message in the text box below if you select the star. If you do not want the star, then just write "none" or "n/a" since this option doesn't come with a message.
4. Please fill out the contact info (email/phone) so that we can contact you about your order if any questions pop up.
5. You'll select a date/time to pick-up at checkout. Please note this item is for pickup only. It's not available for shipping.
6. As your elf arrival date approaches, we'll reach back out to let you know your order is in process and/or completed and ready for pick-up from our shop at 218 Lee Lane, Covington, LA.
Please note: This purchase is for 2025 only and cannot be rolled over to 2026 if you forget to drop off your elf.
Also please note: We do not provide Elves. You must drop off your elf to us at 218 Lee Lane 3 days before your scheduled pick-up date. Just 1 Elf per balloon.

How do I schedule my pickup date?
When you're checking out, you can schedule your pickup date. It's best to get your balloons as close to your event as you can.
When can I pickup my balloons?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before closing on the date of your pickup.

How long will my balloons last?
Balloons last anywhere from 1 day to several months, depending on where we are installing your balloons. Balloon garland are created using air, so they will last longer than a helium balloon arrangement.
Balloons are sensitive to weather conditions, like extreme heat or cold. Meaning the weather can impact the lifespan of your balloons. Balloon garlands installed outside will have a shorter lifespan than a installation indoors.
What type of balloons do you use?
We use the highest quality latex and rubber balloons available! Our latex balloons are all 100% biodegradable latex. We also use mylar foil balloons.
